My name is Kara, and I am a qualified therapist, healer and teacher.
I have gained many qualifications over the years, and now I feel I provide good varieties of therapies and healings to cater for most needs.

I also run workshops on many subjects (e.g. Transform Your Life, Meeting Your Guardian Angels, Creating Abundance, Spiritual Development etc) and also run meditation groups.

 I trained in Swedish Body Massage and Indian Head Massage in 2003.
I had a big life change through divorce after that and discovered healing during that difficult time. I studied Energy Healing for 3 years at School of Energy Healing soon after I divorced, and went on to study hypnotherapy, Usui Reiki, Theta Healing, Natural Face Lift Massage, Angelic Reiki, Thai Foot Massage, Beauty Facials, Aura-soma, Crystal Healing, Hopi Ear Candles, and also qualified as Angel and Transform Your Life teacher by Diana Cooper School, and also has teacher training diploma in Self Empowerment Workshops and Guided Meditation.
